In life we often encounter crossroads where difficult decisions have to be made. Sometimes a new direction has to be taken. We may find ourselves in a job we don’t enjoy, or a relationship that no longer feels right, or perhaps there are other situations that undermine our health and energy. Reiki energy has many levels and many forms.

One of the most important benefits of reiki is the ability to guide your life in exactly the way that is right for you. When you focus reiki on a difficult situation, guidance comes more easily. For many people reiki provides the right kind of energy that guides, heals and balances.

Almost anyone can learn reiki successfully. If you take the reiki pathway you may have doubts and setbacks but like any beginner you have to stick at it, practice, continue to learn and be open to whatever comes.

Reiki is transferred to students through a series of symbols, which are sealed, into the energy field. The attunement process opens up a person permanently so that they can treat themselves or give reiki treatments to others. I only take small groups of between 6-8 people to ensure personal attention.
