Practised for over 2000 years this therapy works on three levels, mind, body and spirit. Stones are placed on the seven-chakra points. Each chakra point is an energy centre that spins on its own axis in relation to the degree of energy in your system. To ensure health all the charkas need to be open unblocked and in balance with each other.

During treatment, you will feel engulfed in warmth and comfort allowing for work at a very deep level. The stones actually permit you to do this and permutate much deeper than a conventional massage, Stone therapy helps the energy to flow, it boosts the immune system, stimulates blood and lymph circulation, soothing and uplifting and helps you to be grounded and centred.
